Help us test a new email system

In order to continue providing quick customer service like we always have been, we want to make this process a big easier and more organized for us and you. We will be moving away from using a customer service email to a ticket system. This will allow us:
A) Organize the tickets based on priority and respond faster
B) Increase the chance of us getting your message if Comcast or another provider is having a bad day delivering them
C) Allow us to have another coworker help us answering emails quicker (we already hired Sophia so you will start to receive responses from her starting Feb and of course I will still be doing some emails too).

Back from the convention

As predicted, the Vegas convention was great. As a result here are couple of things you will see:
A) New click Local.com
B) Soon you will be able to receive rewards for testing out top branded software like Norton, Symantec and so on.
C) Quite a few new shopping stores will be added with more giveaways and exclusive
D) Whole new exclusive set of freebie offers will be added in the coming weeks
And we are in the process of finalizing a contact with a major survey network which I had breakfast with in Vegas. Once that goes through, you will have another big opportunity.
Overall a very productive trip and I look forward to the next one in Feb.

First convention of 2010 is coming up

We are leaving for a convention starting Saturday and going to be back Wed night. Its a very big one in Vegas. Usually we get a lot of good things out of it.
As usually when I go to conventions:
A)Customer service email responses will be a lot slower
B)Creditor will be reset less frequently, but maybe we will have time to release our next upgrade that automatically allows the creditor to work before we leave (I dont have my hopes up for that happening)
C)Paypals should still be paid fast, but larger amounts will be slower because I need to manually approve them.
Wish us luck (dont bother wishing me luck winning at the casino.. I never EVER win), but if I pick up a nice client or two for QR thats a win for all of us!

Warning about daily surveys

Please don't be surprised if it's harder to get into a survey this week and at least the first two weeks of January.
This happens every single year. End of year and early January there are always very little surveys in rotation. Just giving you a heads up so that you are not going to be frustrated. This is normal and happens every single year. It starts to pick up Feb. |
